Dr. Mina Samir is an experienced pharmaceutical professional specializing in research and development, currently holding the position of Formulation Section Head at one of the top pharmaceutical companies in Egypt , his expertise spans the full spectrum of pharmaceutical dosage forms, including solid, semi-solid, liquid, sterile injections, and ophthalmic preparations , His career began with over a year and a half in Quality Assurance, which provided him with a strong understanding of regulatory and quality systems—an asset he continues to integrate into my R&D work. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ, with a solid background in continuous improvement and waste elimination. This expertise plays a vital role in my responsibilities, particularly in troubleshooting existing products and managing the technical transfer of new formulations to production. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the successful development and market launch of several high-demand pharmaceutical products.
